The services that included in the app:1. Self Services module for KOC employees (Payslip, Leaves, Loans, Special Payments, Housing Grant, KPC Subscription, PIFSS Subscription, CAEs Action Plan (only for TL and above), SOP, Education allowance, Employee Dependents, Marriage Grant, Furniture Grant.2. Transport Module for KOC employees with KOC cars ( Submit a New Vehicle Maintenance Car Incident Request, Check Status & Details of your Car Incident Requests, Track the location of the driver while serving your request, Cancel your Request, Check Employees Car Traffic Violations, Check Fuel Consumption (Only managers and above).3. POHR module for some KOC employees who work on shift nature ( Profile, Movement, Leave, Absenteeism, Disciplinary, SOP, Career, Qualifications, Search feature (only for supervisors ,admins, and higher management)4. Quick HSSE Reporting ( Report Near Miss, Report Hazardous Condition)5. Dietary & Diabetes module ( User profile for BMI & BMR calculation, Nutrition facts, Dietary & Diabetes Facts, References)6. Worse app, disappointed no features
خواره..ما تشتغل اليوم ١٧ مارس ٢٠ اجازة الكرونا..يعطيني request denied For english speaking employees: Horrible app , seems to never work and always crashing...Also, it gives request denied nearly always. Emails can't be accessed as well! Why don't IT people fix this app? KOC is professional company, but seems IT people whom are hired, lacking. How will we strive for excellence in 2040 when we can't even make apps functional. KPI is what matter , and just do anything for achievements

Since the last update the self service is not working.
I cant access Self-service. It always shows message saying "authorization has been denied for this request". Useless app
